Bright Noodles Composition

Bright Noodles is a delicious recipe I came up with after visiting Peru. Peru has such a wonder and bright cuisine. Their food recipes are typically a fusion of many different and complimentary cultures from around the world. I thought I would bring a little bit of that inspiration to my dinner table. I believe this healthy and delicious dish has Asian, Hispanic, and Italian elements incorporated into it.

Serving Details

Serving size: Approximately 4

Preparation Time: 20-25 Minutes

Ingredients

Chicken Breast – 1 1/2

Lo Mein Noodles – 1 Cluster

Ugly Ripe Tomatoes – 1 1/2

Sweet Corn – 1 Cup

Peas – 1/2 Cup

Vigo Marinated Mushrooms – 1 Jar

Vigo Quartered Artichokes – 1 Can

Cilantro – Approx. 1/8 – 1/4 Cup

Black Pepper – 1 tsp

Less Sodium Soy Sauce – 2 Tbsp

Sriracha Sauce (optional) – Your Preference

Preparation

Mainly, this dish is created by simply combining the ingredients into a bowl, mixing and serving. These preparation instructions will include my recommended cooking guidelines. If you have a preferred means of heating the hot ingredients, then you can use your method.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Bentonite Clay

Applying Apple Cider Vinegar:

For Wounds

Apply it to your skin directly with an apple cider vinegar (ACV) soaked cloth to assist in balancing the skins pH, and disinfecting a wounded area. This method restores balance to your tissue and helps to rectify infections.

As A Mask

ACV makes for a terrific detoxifying and balancing mask. Simply mix 1 teaspoons of ACV with 2 teaspoons of Bentonite clay and between 1 to 2 teaspoons of purified water, and you’re in business. If you do this, make sure not to use any metal materials. I use a ceramic bowl, a plastic measuring spoons, and a batter spatula for mixing. Smooth the mixture onto your face, or whatever part of your body you wish, and in about 10-20 minutes, it should become very dry and tight. You can then rinse and wipe it off in the shower, or take it off with warm water and a washcloth. The mixture stimulates circulation, so your skin may appear a little red when you take it off.

Ingredients:

1 tsp ACV

2 tsps Bentonite Clay

1-2 tsps Purified Water
